Refund policy

CHANGE OF MIND OR EXCHANGE POLICY 

We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. For returns or change of mind we only offer a store credit or exchange for your purchase. Your store credit will be issued for the full amount of your order, minus shipping costs. Return shipping costs for change of mind or exchange is to be covered by the customer.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging with tags and packaging still in its original condition. Any evidence of misuse of our blankets or albums will not be accepted for a refund. You’ll also need receipt for proof of purchase.

FAULTY ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

REFUNDS
We offer a store credit or exchange on our products, unless your item is faulty. If your item is faulty it will be inspected & if its deemed faulty a full refund will be issued. 

EXCEPTION / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
